Method:
150g all-purpose flour, 60g lard, 25g granulated sugar,
1. Combine all water-oil dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
2. Combine all shortening dough ingredients and knead into a separate dough.
3. Divide both doughs into 9 equal portions each and let rest for about 15 minutes.
4. Take one small water-oil dough portion and flatten it in your palm.
5. Place one small oil dough portion on top of the flattened water-oil dough.
6. Wrap the oil dough completely within the water-oil dough.
7. Place the wrapped dough seam-side up on the work surface and flatten it with your palm.
8. Roll the dough into an elongated oval shape with a rolling pin.
9. Roll the flattened dough sheet inward from the outer edges.
10. The rolled dough should resemble the illustration.
11. Roll the rolled dough again into an elongated oval shape with a rolling pin.
12. Repeat step 11: roll the dough sheet inward once more.
13. The rolled dough.
14. Roll the dough into a round sheet using a rolling pin.
