Preparation: Take 30g ginseng, 30g prepared rehmannia root, 2 pieces dried tangerine peel, 15g notoginseng, and 500ml rice wine. Wash ingredients. Slice ginseng, notoginseng, and prepared rehmannia root. Steam over water for 5-8 minutes, then cool and dry. Place ingredients in a glass jar, pour in rice wine, and steep for one month before drinking.
In this formula: Ginseng is neutral in nature, sweet and slightly bitter in taste, with effects of greatly replenishing vital energy, restoring pulse and preventing collapse, tonifying spleen and lung, and generating fluids to quench thirst. Prepared Rehmannia is sweet and slightly warm, nourishing blood, replenishing yin, and tonifying kidneys. Tianqi is warm in nature, sweet and slightly bitter, promoting blood circulation and dispersing stasis. Dried Tangerine Peel regulates and harmonizes qi. Rice wine unblocks meridians, activates circulation, and dispels cold.Note: This medicinal wine is not recommended for individuals with bleeding tendencies.
