Step 1: Grasp the front of the thigh firmly with both hands and vigorously rub downward, passing over the kneecap to the ankle. Reverse direction and rub upward along the back of the calf, passing through the popliteal fossa to the back of the thigh. Repeat this motion 36 times. Sit on a chair with legs together, positioning your hips at the front third of the seat. Lift both legs off the ground, toes pointing upward. Place fists under the thighs and massage along the midline of the lower thigh.

Use the double-finger pressure technique: overlap both thumbs, applying pressure until you feel the pulse beneath your hands but without causing pain.Wave-like pushing and pressing technique: Keep fingers together and arms straight. Place the left palm on the back of the right hand, with both palms flat against the abdomen. Push forward with force, then press backward with the left palm. Alternate pushing and pulling, moving slowly from top to bottom like waves in water.
When massaging the abdomen, lie flat with the abdomen exposed. Overlap both hands on the abdomen and rotate clockwise around the navel for 50 circles, creating a sensation of warmth and comfort in the abdomen.
Use the middle finger of the right hand to press the Zhongwan, Xiawan, Guanyuan, and both sides of the Tianshu acupoints. Apply pressure to each point for 1 minute, ensuring it is not painful.When pressing Tianshu, start with the right side then the left, focusing more on the left. You should feel the pulse beneath your finger and a sensation of fullness at the waist points, with cold energy descending along the sides. Upon releasing pressure, a wave of warmth should flow down to the feet.
For abdominal pushing, keep fingers straight and together. Place the left palm on the back of the right fingers, then press the right palm firmly against the abdomen and push forward. Immediately press back with the left palm. Alternate pushing and pulling 3-4 times from the upper abdomen to the lower abdomen, then push from left to right 3-4 times. A slight abdominal discomfort is ideal.
