For facial muscle swelling, besides using massage to unblock meridians, promote blood flow, and expel toxins, the simplest method is chewing. This practice is commonplace in daily life yet often overlooked.
Modern life's fast pace leads many to adopt more convenient lifestyles, including dietary habits. Avoiding hard foods or swallowing food after just a few chews gradually diminishes opportunities for a slimmer face!
Before meals, gently massage your jaw joint: Spread your hands, keeping your thumb and index finger together while grouping your middle, ring, and pinky fingers. Place the space between your middle and index fingers just below your ear. Open your mouth while lightly stroking upward along both cheeks. Then close your mouth and gently massage your jawline from top to bottom, repeating this motion 10 times.
Different foods require varying chews per bite. Prioritizing foods that demand more chewing is an excellent exercise method!
Over 90 chews: Carrots, French bread, walnuts, crackers
