Wide-Circle Massage
Method: Place hands overlapping on the abdomen. Starting at the navel, circle around the belly 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Apply even pressure without excessive force.

Localized Circular Massage

Three Acupoints for Regular Massage
