Before shampooing, use a wide-tooth comb to detangle hair, starting from the ends. First, gently comb through the knotted sections at the tips, then comb from roots to ends.
Step 2:
Thoroughly wet hair, ensuring water temperature is lukewarm—hot water can further dry out hair strands.
Step 3:
Squeeze shampoo into your hands, lather it up, and apply evenly to your hair. Gently massage your scalp and hair with your fingertips, then rinse the lather away with lukewarm water. Repeat the shampooing step, this time massaging for a longer period (about 2 to 3 minutes), then rinse your hair thoroughly.
Step 4:
Take an appropriate amount of conditioner and press it between your palms to distribute evenly. Apply from the ends toward the roots, gently massaging the strands and scalp. Allow the product to remain on the hair for a while to let nutrients effectively penetrate and repair. For enhanced absorption, wrap a warm towel around your hair to create a steamy compress, helping the product penetrate deeper.
Step 5:
After 5 to 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. The purpose of rinsing out the conditioner is to close the cuticles. Since the cuticles open during shampooing, use slightly cooler water than during shampooing to rinse out the conditioner. This leverages the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to smoothly close the cuticles, preventing damage to the hair strands.
Step Six:
Divide towel-dried hair into three equal sections. Apply hair treatment lotion to your palms, spread fingers wide, and work the lotion evenly through hair strands starting from the bottom section. Hold each section between your hands and gently massage to ensure full absorption. Repeat for the remaining two sections. Finally, comb through all hair and blow-dry for smoothness.
Autumn hair tends to be dry and prone to breakage, so pamper your locks carefully to avoid frizz.
