Ingredients: 100g Codonopsis pilosula, 50g lily bulbs, 750g lean pork. Half a lo han guo fruit, salt to taste.
Method:
1. Rinse lean pork and cut into thick chunks. Wash Codonopsis pilosula, lily bulbs, and lo han guo fruit. Place Codonopsis pilosula, lily bulbs, and lo han guo fruit into a pot with sufficient water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Add lean pork, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1-2 hours. Season with salt to taste before serving.
