1. Typically performed before bedtime and upon waking. Empty the bladder, wash hands, lie supine with knees bent, and relax the entire body. Place the left hand on the abdomen with the palm facing the navel, then stack the right hand over the left. First, massage the abdomen around the navel 50 times in a clockwise direction, then 50 times counterclockwise.Apply moderate pressure, maintain focused concentration, and breathe naturally.
