Finally, lift your arms, using your heels as support to raise your chest and abdomen. Keep your body as straight as possible and hold for 30 seconds.
6. Leg Stretch Exercise:
Stand with legs apart, lean your upper body forward until horizontal. Reach your left hand behind you to grasp your right waist, while pressing your right hand down along your left leg. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides.
