1. Indication: Hypertension
Herbs: 15g each of Mulberry Branch, Mulberry Leaf, and Leonurus Seed
Method: Decoct herbs in 1000ml water to yield 400-600ml. Strain and reserve the liquid. Each night before bed, add 50ml of the decoction to a steam foot bath basin and soak feet for 30 minutes. Use once daily.
2. Indication: Neurasthenia
Ingredients: 500g Polygonum multiflorum root
Method: Decoct the herb, strain, mix with warm water, and soak feet in a steam foot bath for 30 minutes daily.
3. Indications: Dampness in the feet, tinea pedis with scaling, dryness and cracking
Ingredients: 30g white impatiens flower, 30g soapberry, 15g Sichuan pepper.
Usage: Select one herb, steep in 250ml vinegar for 24 hours. Before bedtime, add warm water and soak feet in a steam foot bath for 20 minutes. Use consecutively for 7 days.
Usage: Decoct, strain, mix with warm water, and soak feet in a steam foot bath for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: 20g cinnamon twigs,Sichuan pepper, safflower, and Leonurus japonicus, each 15g

6. Indication: Dysmenorrhea
Ingredients: 400g Fennel seeds
Usage: Decoct ingredients, strain, mix with warm water, and soak feet in a steam foot bath for 30 minutes daily.
7. Indication: Foot Arterial Spasm Disease
Ingredients: 10g each of Penetrating Bone Herb, Corydalis Rhizome, Angelica Root, Turmeric, Sichuan Pepper, Sea Holly Bark, Clematis Root, Sichuan Cowhage, Frankincense, Myrrh, Notopterygium Root, Angelica Dahurica, Sappan Wood, Acanthopanax Bark, Safflower, and Smilax Root.
Method: Decoct herbs, strain, mix into steam foot bath, soak feet 20-30 minutes daily. One course: 10-15 days.
8. Indications: Low back pain, kidney deficiency-related back pain, leg weakness
Herbs: Cinnamon bark 50g, Evodia fruit 100g, Ginger 150g,50g onion bulbs, 80g Sichuan pepper
Usage: Wrap ingredients in cheesecloth and boil for 10 minutes. Once cooled to approximately 40°C, soak feet in a steam foot bath for 30 minutes daily.
9. Indications: Insomnia
Ingredients: 40g Evodia fruit, appropriate amount of rice vinegar (white vinegar)
Usage: Decoct Evodia fruit, add warm water, then add rice vinegar. Soak feet in a steam foot bath for 30 minutes, once daily.
