STEP1: Areas with under-eye bags inevitably suffer from poor circulation and dryness. We can address this by blending a lightweight eye gel with concealer. Mix a rice-grain-sized amount of eye gel with concealer using your ring finger, then gently apply it to the under-eye bags. This hydrates the delicate skin, making makeup application much smoother.
STEP2: Gently dab concealer onto the triangular area under the eyes where dark circles appear. Blend it out with your fingertip to fully cover both dark circles and under-eye bags.
STEP3: Keep your eyes in a smiling position. Apply brown eyeshadow using a firm, flat-tipped brush along the raised edge of the lower eyelid. Be careful not to make the line too thick.
STEP4: Use a cotton swab to gently blend the eyeshadow evenly from side to side. Apply light pressure—just a soft wipe is sufficient.
STEP5: Apply a matte white shade across the entire lower eyelid crease to enhance its contour and dimension.
STEP6: Apply a metallic highlighter to the center of the crease. The precise placement is directly beneath the pupil on the lower eyelid.
