Individuals with keloid-prone skin should not undergo photorejuvenation:
Those with keloid-prone skin or active infections at the treatment site may develop localized scarring or spread of infection. Therefore, photorejuvenation is contraindicated.
Beyond those with keloid-prone skin, the following groups should also avoid photorejuvenation:
1. Photorejuvenation is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy.
2. Individuals with epilepsy or diabetes should not undergo photorejuvenation.
3. Individuals with severe heart disease or hypertension must exercise extreme caution, as treatment may cause serious complications.
4. Those with photosensitive skin or who have used photosensitizing medications should obviously avoid photorejuvenation.
5. Avoid photorejuvenation if you have received or may receive significant sun exposure within one month before or after treatment.
