Recipe 1: Corn and Pork Rib Soup
Ingredients: 500g pork ribs,150g corn cobs, 100g carrots, 10g ginger, 10g red dates, 5g salt, 1g MSG, 2g chicken bouillon powder, 2g Shaoxing wine, clear broth as needed.
Method:
1. Chop pork bones into chunks, cut corn cobs into sections, peel and dice carrots, slice peeled ginger, and rinse red dates.
2. Add water to a pot. Once boiling, add pork bones, carrots, and rinse thoroughly.
3. Transfer ingredients to an earthenware pot. Add pork bones, carrots, corn, ginger, and red dates.
4. Season with salt, MSG, chicken bouillon powder, Shaoxing wine, and clear broth.
5. Simmer over low heat until tender.

2. Wash and dice the daikon radish. Add to the simmering pork rib broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce to low heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the radish is tender. Season with a pinch of salt and chicken bouillon powder before serving.
Method Three: Chinese Yam and Goji Berry Pork Rib Soup
Ingredients: 400g pork ribs,chicken feet 5 pairs, Chinese yam 150g, goji berries 50g, red dates 10, longan meat 10. Method: 1. Rinse pork ribs, cut into chunks, blanch briefly in boiling water. Remove, rinse under cold water, drain, and set aside.
2. Rinse chicken feet, boil briefly, remove toenails, rinse clean. Wash all herbs, drain, set aside.
3. Add 1800ml water to soup pot. Once boiling, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat. Simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt.
Method 4: Winter Melon and Pork Rib Soup
Ingredients: 500g pork ribs (cut into sections), 800g winter melon (cut into chunks), 4 slices ginger, 1 bunch scallions (tied into a knot), 1 tbsp cooking wine, salt, chicken bouillon, water as needed.
Instructions:
1. Rinse ribs and drain. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add ribs to remove blood water, then remove.
2. Place ribs, ginger slices, scallion knot, and cooking wine in a clay pot with sufficient water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer gently for 2 hours.
3. Add winter melon and continue simmering for 40-60 minutes until tender. About 10 minutes before turning off the heat, add a handful of goji berries soaked in warm water—they're good for you anyway.Season with salt and chicken bouillon powder to taste, then sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
Method Five: Potato and Pork Rib Soup
Ingredients: 1 kg pork ribs, 4 potatoes, 2 scallions, 6 cups water, 4 garlic cloves, 1 piece ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp cooking wine, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper.
Method:
1. Select pork ribs from the back section. Cut into bite-sized pieces and soak overnight in clean water. Place ribs in a pot with ample water. Bring to a gentle boil, then drain the water. Refill with fresh water and continue boiling.and mince the ginger. Return the ribs to the pot with ample water. Remove the ribs before they are fully cooked and drain well.
3. Combine the prepared chili powder, garlic paste, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
4. In a large pot, add the drained ribs and potatoes. Pour in the reserved rib broth. Once the potatoes are cooked and the broth has reduced by half, reduce heat to low. Add the prepared seasoning mixture and continue simmering. Method 6: Papaya Rib Soup Ingredients: 500g pork ribs,half a papaya (choose a relatively unripe one), appropriate amounts of scallions and ginger, cooking wine, vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
Method:
1. Peel the papaya, remove seeds, and cut into large chunks. Place shredded ginger and cooking wine in a pot, add the ribs. Once boiling, skim off the scum, boil for 3 minutes, then remove ribs and rinse thoroughly with hot water.
