Eyeliner comes in various types: liquid, pen-style, powder with a brush applicator, the most common pencil type, and the recently popular gel formula.

II. Eyeliner Application
1. Apply eyeshadow.
2. Pencil eyeliner
Outline the desired shape with an eyeliner pencil, keeping it close to the waterline.Gradually increase pressure as you approach the inner corner of the eye; ease off pressure when extending outward from the center. After achieving the desired shape at the outer corner, connect to the lower lash line and fill in any gaps to complete the line.
3. Carefully Fill the Waterline
Fill in the waterline directly beneath the lashes. Leaving a gap between the eyeliner and lashes can make the makeup look messy.
4.Reinforce with Liquid Eyeliner
For inner double eyelids or prominent lower eyelids prone to smudging, apply liquid eyeliner or gel eyeliner on top to prevent smudging. Follow the lash line as closely as possible.
5. Set with Loose Powder
At the final stage, use a brush to apply loose powder over the lower eyelid area. This provides a double layer of protection against eye makeup smudging.
