Method: Using the palms, gently lift the breasts upward 10 to 20 times with moderate pressure. Method: Starting from the lower edge of the breast, massage upward along the outer edge to the collarbone area below the neck;Massage in small circles from the center of the breast upward toward the collarbone; perform spiral massages around the breast using small circular motions. Repeat each movement 8 to 10 times. Essential oil massage stimulates breast cells to absorb the oil's nutrients, not only aiding breast enhancement but also improving sagging and spreading, thereby enhancing breast contours.
