When Breast Milk Is Insufficient: Introducing Solid Foods

My baby is 5 months and 12 days old and exclusively breastfed. He dislikes formula and has never taken it. Due to his sensitive digestive system, we haven't formally introduced solid foods yet. At 4.5 months, he occasionally had a tiny bit of rice cereal, homemade flour paste, and rice porridge. Recently, due to my busy schedule, my milk supply has decreased significantly.Previously, my milk supply was abundant, but now he empties one breast in just five or six minutes of vigorous feeding, nursing every two hours. He also feeds twice at night. His stools are either watery green with bubbles or contain undigested milk curds, looking like scrambled eggs. Stool tests show no abnormalities. I regularly do passive exercises and clockwise belly massages, but there's no improvement. Is there anything I can do? He's been eating very little these past few days. Are there any methods to stimulate milk production now?
A 5-month-old baby is fully ready for solid foods. Your exclusive breastfeeding is no longer sufficient for his needs. Attempting to increase milk supply at 5 months is not very effective. Currently, one bowl of porridge or thin noodles constitutes one meal for him. Additionally, the foamy and curd-like stools are related to the mother's diet. For instance, avoid cold foods and limit chives and spinach. This will help regulate your baby's stools.
