1. Winter Melon Paste Peel one winter melon and slice thinly. Simmer in equal parts wine and water until tender. Mash thoroughly, strain out pulp, then gently boil the liquid over low heat until thickened into a paste. Store in a covered container. Apply to affected areas nightly after cleansing, rinsing off the next morning. After two months, skin will appear radiant and youthful.
2. White Vinegar and Glycerin Facial Treatment
Mix white vinegar and glycerin in a 5:1 ratio. Regularly applying this mixture to the skin (two to three times daily) moisturizes the skin and reduces melanin deposits. After one month, the skin becomes fine, white, tender, clean, smooth, elastic, and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Lemon Water Consumption
Lemons are rich in vitamin C, a highly potent whitening agent. Drinking one glass of lemon water daily promotes fair, clear skin. Lemon compresses can also be applied, but avoid sun exposure afterward—nighttime application is optimal.
4. Washing Your Face with Rice Water
Rice is rich in vitamins A, B, and E, amino acids, and hydrochloric acid. When washing rice, these nutrients dissolve into the water, making it exceptionally nourishing. Rice water boosts cellular metabolism, prevents aging, and strengthens skin resilience.
5. Cosmetic "Spot Removal" and Whitening
Cosmetics don't actually remove spots; they merely conceal them. While this is the quickest method, many concealing products contain heavy metals like lead, mercury, and copper—even some international brands aren't exempt. This can easily cause skin allergies, peeling, and in severe cases, skin diseases.
6. Traditional Chinese Medicine for Spot Removal and Whitening
Most spots stem from endocrine imbalances. Traditional Chinese medicine addresses this internally by regulating metabolic functions, balancing hormone levels, and boosting immunity. This holistic approach works from the inside out to prevent spot formation.
