Instructions:
1. Rinse Job's tears and soak for 1 hour. Rinse white fungus, angelica dahurica, astragalus, and pitted red dates; set aside.
2. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add soaked Job's tears, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add washed and diced winter melon and lotus root peel. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Season with salt before serving.
For dull complexion, enlarged pores, excess oiliness, or obesity. Consume daily.
Fat-Reducing & Whitening Soup
Ingredients: 60g fresh radish greens, 30g coix seeds, 40g fresh purslane.
Method: Simmer 30g coix seeds in water for 20 minutes. Add washed radish greens and purslane, then simmer for another 10 minutes.
Indications: Dull complexion or excessive oiliness. Consume once daily.
Nutritious Whitening Soup
Ingredients: 250g fresh Chinese yam, 50g cooked coix seeds, 400ml clear chicken broth, a small amount of hair moss, 1 egg, a small amount of scallions, 400ml water, a small amount of sesame oil.
Method:
1. Peel the Chinese yam and cut into small chunks.
2. Place yam chunks and cooked coix seeds in a blender. Add clear chicken broth and blend into a thick soup consistency. Pour into a pot.
3. Cut hair moss into segments with scissors. Rinse with water and soak briefly for 30 minutes.
4. Beat the egg and set aside.
5. Bring the thick soup with seaweed to a boil. Add seasonings, remove from heat, then stir in the beaten eggs to form egg ribbons.

Ingredients: 1 cup water (300ml), canned mulberries (as needed), 3 lemon slices (lemon juice may substitute);
Method:
1. Bring water to a boil, add canned mulberries, and simmer briefly. Ladle into cups;
2. When lukewarm, add lemon slices or juice, stir gently. For stronger flavor, add a few spoonfuls of mulberry juice and mix well before drinking. Be sure to chew and consume the mulberry pulp (its most nutritious part).

Method:
1. Place winter melon and loofah in a clay pot, cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the winter melon and loofah, then add honey to taste.Winter melon contains protein, dietary fiber, sugars, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, threonine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins, etc. It has a mildly sweet taste and cool nature, entering the lung meridian. Ingredients: 15g He Shou Wu, 15g Shashen, 20g Yuzhu, 15g Coix Seed, 3 honey dates, 1 pig lung (or substitute with 250g pork), salt to taste.
Preparation: 1. Rinse all herbal ingredients and set aside.
2. Blanch pork lung (or pork) briefly. Bring 10-12 bowls of water to a boil, add all ingredients, and simmer vigorously for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Alternatively, after the initial 10-minute boil, transfer to a slow cooker and simmer for 8 hours. Season with salt before serving.
