3. Green Tea New Iced Drink
Ingredients: Skim milk, powdered milk, green tea powder
Preparation:
a. Add 70g of powdered milk to approximately 200ml of skim milk. Whisk thoroughly until smooth;
b. Fill a glass about 2/5 full with the blended mixture, then add ice cubes;
c. Pour the mixture into a blender, add about 30g of green tea powder, and blend;
d. Pour the blended liquid into a glass, leaving space at the top for whipped cream. Pipe the cream into a flower shape and insert a straw.
4. Osmanthus and Black Plum Drink
Ingredients: Black plums, dried osmanthus flowers, rock sugar
Method:
a. Wash the black plums, then add rock sugar and sufficient water to a pot for boiling;
b. Add dried osmanthus midway to enhance aroma;
c. Turn off heat when the plum flavor is fully extracted, then let the plum juice cool;
d. Transfer to a chilled bottle and refrigerate for serving as needed.
