How to perform standard push-ups

1. Begin standing with a bent waist, shift your hips backward, and squat down until your hands can touch the ground just in front of your feet.
2. Swing your legs backward into a push-up position (you can increase difficulty here by performing a standard push-up).
3. Curl your legs back under your body into a deep squat position.
4. Stand up to an upright position (you can increase the difficulty here by jumping as high as possible). This completes one repetition.
