Every woman desires radiant, glowing skin, often relying heavily on masks and cosmetics. However, the chemicals in these products can worsen skin condition and accelerate wrinkle formation. In fact, massage techniques can effectively reduce facial wrinkles.
These 6 facial areas are most prone to wrinkles—learn massage techniques to combat them!
1.Forehead
Place the ring and middle fingers of both hands on your forehead. Starting from the center between your eyebrows, gently draw outward circles toward the temples. Finally, use your index fingers to apply pressure to each temple. Repeat about 20 times.
2.Lips
Use the middle fingers of both hands to trace circles along the lips. Gently sweep from the center outward toward the corners of the mouth. For the upper lip, sweep from the philtrum to the corners. For the lower lip, sweep from the center of the chin toward the corners. When reaching the outer edges of the lower lip, use both hands to lift upward. Repeat about 20 times. This helps prevent expression lines and sagging around the mouth.
3. Nose
Before massaging the nose, relax your facial muscles. Place a warm towel on the back of your neck to promote lymphatic drainage. Heat two small spoons in water, then gently scrape them along the sides and tip of your nose about 10 times back and forth. This cleanses pores and firms the skin.
4. Face
Place all ten fingers sequentially from the center of the face to the area in front of the ears. Massage slowly along the hairline using firm pressure. Repeat this motion from the face toward the ears ten times, continuing until the area feels relaxed.
5. Eyes
>Place both thumbs on the temples. Using the inner edge of the second knuckle of the index fingers, gently push up and down along the eye sockets. For the upper eyelid, push from the inner corner (brow root) to the outer corner (brow tail). For the lower eyelid, push from the inner corner to the outer corner. This not only relieves eye fatigue but also helps prevent wrinkles, eye bags, and sagging skin on the cheeks.
6. Neck
Lift your chin and gently stroke upward with both hands, moving from left to right and then right to left. Repeat 20 times. This helps prevent neck wrinkles and double chins caused by sagging muscles.
Friendly Reminder
The above massage techniques help prevent facial wrinkles. Dedicate 20 minutes daily to this routine. Additionally, cultivate healthy habits: avoid staying up late, ensure 8 hours of sleep nightly, and steer clear of spicy or hard-to-digest foods to prevent acne and breakouts.
