Triangle Pose: Eliminates Toxins
1. Stand with feet wide apart, forming an isosceles triangle with the floor and your legs. Point big toes outward.
2. Exhale as you slowly bend to the right, raising your gaze toward your left hand. Repeat on both sides.

Bow Pose: Stimulates the Deep Abdomen
1. Lie prone with legs shoulder-width apart. Grasp ankles with hands and inhale deeply while holding the position.
2. Exhale through the mouth while lifting ankles upward with hands, raising the torso. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth to maintain this position. Repeat 5 times.
Side Twist: Massages all internal organs
1. Lie on your back with knees bent, arms straight at your sides, abdomen and legs at 90 degrees. Inhale through your nose.

1. Sit upright with legs extended. Cross your right foot beside your left foot. Place hands under your hips, keeping arms and back straight.
2. Gently press your left hand against your right thigh. Exhale as you twist your torso to the right. Repeat once in the opposite direction.
