While running, try to gaze into the distance. Enjoying the scenery lifts your mood and relieves stress. Looking ahead also naturally straightens your posture. If you focus on the ground, your form becomes incorrect, significantly reducing the effectiveness of your run.
2. Chin Up
Similar to gazing into the distance, keep your head up and chest out while running, with your chin slightly lifted—no need for excessive angle. This prevents the bad habit of rounding your back mid-run and makes it easier to lift your legs.
3. Natural Arm Swing
When running, engage your shoulder blades to rotate, pulling your bent elbows backward in a natural swing. Stretch your back muscles upward to reduce strain on your lower back.
4. Inner Foot Strike
When running, ensure that after your foot lands, the area above your pelvis shifts forward, aligning with the landing leg on the same plane. At this point, your body should be perpendicular to the ground. Land heel-first, with the ball of your foot making contact last.
