Kuyi Cloud Mobile App Officially Launched on January 6, 2020! The tablet version has also been updated. This platform upgrade aims to better assist hemodialysis centers in achieving digital transformation and enables more portable use of the Kuyi Cloud platform.
Kuyi Cloud is China's leading hemodialysis digital SaaS platform and value-added service provider, and the nation's first permanently free hemodialysis management platform, serving clients across hundreds of cities nationwide. The platform currently offers key services including hemodialysis management, patient relationship management, chronic disease management systems, and an online store system. We are committed to enabling comprehensive management both within and outside the hospital through a single platform.
We focus on the present, using our products and services to help every hemodialysis institution implement "Internet Plus Healthcare" reform solutions. We also look to the future, leveraging data mining and artificial intelligence to deliver truly profound value to hemodialysis medical institutions.
The Kuyi Cloud team has consistently monitored hemodialysis center usage. Many departments highlighted that tablets are too bulky and inconvenient to carry, preventing staff from accessing departmental data via Kuyi Cloud during off-site training. Responding to these needs, our R&D team worked tirelessly to launch the all-new Kuyi Cloud mobile app at the start of the new year.
The new version's upgrades center around two major points:
1. The newly launched mobile app
——Complete the entire dialysis process using your phone
Users can follow the "Kuyiyun" official account via the WeChat app, tap "Mobile Dialysis" below, and log in with their existing credentials to experience it.
New users should follow the "CoolMedCloud" official account, click the first menu option [Free Trial] to register, then select the second menu option [Mobile Dialysis] to log in with their credentials (accounts registered via WeChat can be accessed across mobile phones, tablets, and apps).
After login, the interface defaults to the Dialysis Zone. The interface defaults to displaying patients currently undergoing treatment. Filter by zone, shift, date, or patient name to quickly locate active patients.
Clicking the Waiting Area switches to the waiting area interface. It defaults to showing patients scheduled for dialysis that day. Filter by prescription status, weight measurement status, zone, or shift to quickly identify patients without prescriptions or weight measurements and input data.
Clicking a patient's name enters the dialysis record interface. This displays all records for the patient's current dialysis session, identical to the PC and tablet interfaces, enabling staff to comprehensively understand the patient's specific dialysis status.
Clicking "Monitoring" on the page enters the dialysis monitoring interface. This monitors all dialysis patients' information and issues warning signals based on the patient's blood pressure and heart rate.Tap "Medical Orders" to access the medical orders interface. It defaults to displaying all orders for the current day, while also enabling quick searches by patient, zone, shift, or date. All sections allow tapping a patient's name to enter their detailed dialysis record interface.
Finally, tap "My" at the bottom to set up electronic signatures or switch login accounts.
For optimal usability, here are some recommendations:
1.Before logging in via WeChat, pin the Kuyiyun official account to the top of your WeChat feed.
2. After logging in with your credentials via WeChat, enable the floating window feature for the current page to easily return to the interface.
3. On the login screen, enter your credentials once and select "Remember Password" to bypass future login steps.
Alternatively, download the Kuyiyun app (currently Android only).Android users can search for "KuYi Cloud" in Tencent's App Store, Huawei AppGallery, or Xiaomi App Store to download the app and experience its features.
II. Optimizing the KuYi Cloud Tablet Experience
——The tablet interface has been optimized from landscape to portrait mode, along with other usability enhancements.
>Alongside the mobile release, the KuYi Cloud team has implemented significant tablet optimizations based on feedback from multiple departments. The tablet interface now uses portrait mode instead of landscape, allowing medical staff to view more information without scrolling and reducing cumbersome operations for a smoother experience. We also resolved "data anomalies," fixed the [Monitoring] module, and addressed minor issues like missing partition names after filtering. These changes better align with clinical workflows.
You can now update the tablet app via download. Search "Kuyiyun HD" on Tencent's App Store, Huawei AppGallery, or Xiaomi App Store to install the updated version. The old landscape system will no longer be maintained.
