Part 1: Base Makeup
For luminous skin, the fastest method is undoubtedly using a popular cushion foundation. Don't have one on hand? Try mixing primer with liquid foundation—use more primer for a thinner, more natural base.
1. Use the pads of your index, middle, and ring fingers to gently tap the product on.The tapping motion is crucial—avoid applying too much pressure. Start at the center of your nose and gently tap outward. 2. Pay special attention to the under-eye area.
