Recent American research indicates blue light may enhance children's IQ. "If you want to positively stimulate a child's intellect, the best approach is to expose them to blue light environments.
When eyes perceive blue light, the brain receives stimulation—even with eyes closed."
Experts suggest installing blue lights in children's rooms as a beneficial choice. Studies also indicate blue light can stimulate mood, help maintain energy levels, and ward off drowsiness.
Xie Xiaohua, Associate Researcher at the Capital Institute of Pediatrics' Child Intelligence Research Laboratory, believes color influences children's intelligence. Different hues affect children's IQ, EQ, and personality by impacting their visual perception.Prolonged exposure to black and white can adversely affect a child's personality.
Xie Xiaohua further notes that the critical period for early intellectual development in children spans ages 1 to 3. This development should be approached through five sensory dimensions: visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and gustatory. For instance, playing soothing music during feeding times or cheerful tunes when the child is happy—though avoiding overly loud sounds.
Stimulating these five senses forms a neural network in the brain, which is more conducive to awakening and enhancing a child's IQ.
