Porcelain crowns are now widely accepted as an ideal restorative solution. As a common dental restoration method, porcelain crown restoration is currently one of the most frequently used techniques for tooth repair.Porcelain crown restoration involves using porcelain crowns as restorative devices. For damaged or missing teeth, a cast precious metal core is used as a support structure, with porcelain fused over it to achieve a restoration that closely matches the color and function of natural teeth.

3. Protection of tooth structure and pulp. Teeth requiring crowns often exhibit significant discoloration or decay. Once the porcelain crown is placed, the natural tooth is encased within the crown. Chewing forces are directed onto the crown, preventing fractures or chips. The bonding agent and porcelain layer also providepossess excellent insulation properties, shielding the pulp from external irritants.
4. Excellent biocompatibility, particularly for porcelain crowns made with biocompatible precious metals or all-ceramic crowns. Their electrochemical inertness provides corrosion resistance and prevents tissue allergies.
