1. Warm Water
This is highly effective, whether for chronic stomach issues or a chilled stomach. The water shouldn't be too hot or too cold—the ideal temperature is just right for your mouth.
Don't drink too much at once; multiple smaller servings work better.
2. Warm Your Abdomen
Touch your stomach—does it feel a bit cool? That's the sign of a chilled stomach.
If possible, use a warm towel or wrap a hot water bottle in a towel and place it on your stomach. You'll feel a wave of warmth, and your stomach pain should ease considerably.
3. Dietary Adjustments
Avoid all irritating or hard-to-digest foods.
Refrain from spicy, greasy, or indigestible items—including rice, as rice and eggs are also difficult to digest. Opt for steamed buns, noodles, or thin noodle soup. Consume millet congee (with a pinch more baking soda added).
4. Medication
If symptoms are severe, consider taking medication. However, remember that all drugs carry some toxicity, so minimize medication use whenever possible. Instead, eat some fruit or take vitamin C, which protects the stomach and helps regulate gastric acid secretion.

For stomach cold, take 35g of Galangal and 45g of japonica rice. First, add Galangal to an appropriate amount of water and simmer in an earthenware pot.
Then combine the resulting broth with japonica rice to cook porridge. Consume on an empty stomach once daily. Symptoms should improve within three to four days.
Of course, food poisoning remains a possibility, so it's advisable to seek medical attention to avoid lingering health issues or incorrect medication. After all, nothing matters more than your health.
Pay attention to your diet, avoid catching cold at night, don't drink excessively cold water, and steer clear of overheating.
