Additionally, leek seeds tonify the kidneys and liver, fortify yang, and consolidate the lower jiao.Grind chive seeds into powder and take 15 grams twice daily with boiling water to effectively treat impotence.

Stir-Fried Chives with Lamb Liver
Main Ingredients: 150g chives, 120g lamb liver, vegetable oil, shredded ginger, salt, Shaoxing wine (as needed).
Method:① Wash leeks, cut into 3cm segments. ② Rinse lamb liver, slice thinly. ③ Heat wok over high flame. Add vegetable oil until 80% hot. Stir-fry ginger threads until fragrant. Add lamb liver slices and Shaoxing wine, stir-fry evenly. Add leeks and salt, stir-fry rapidly until cooked.
Benefits: Tonifies kidneys and strengthens yang, generates essence and nourishes blood, nourishes liver and improves vision.
Consumption: May be eaten alone or as a side dish, 1-2 times daily. Continue for 20-30 consecutive days.
