1. Place the palms of both hands directly below the chest, with the right palm positioned at the center of the collarbone. Massage in a straight line from the right to the left palm. Then, place the left palm at the center of the collarbone and massage downward. Alternate hands for three repetitions.
2. Support the right breast with the right hand, placing the left hand on top. Slowly massage the breast upward from the bottom, moving from left to center to right.Massage the left breast with the left hand, repeating each direction three times.
3. Simultaneously massage the upper portion of the right breast with the left hand, moving from the inner to outer side, while the right hand massages the lower portion from the outer to inner side. When massaging the left breast, position the right hand above and the left hand below, repeating each direction three times.
STEP 2: Intensive Massage
1. Place your right hand on the inner side of the left breast. Follow the curve above the breast, massaging in circular motions from the inner side toward the armpit. Repeat 3 times on each side to stimulate lymph nodes.
2. Alternate hands to massage from the lower outer side of the breast upward along the outer curve. This promotes lymphatic drainage.
3. Curve your palms slightly to form a bowl shape around the breast. Alternate hands to gently cup and lift the lower breast while tapping. Key is to use light pressure. Tap for 10 seconds on each side.
STEP3: Supplementary Massage
To enhance lymphatic flow connected to the chest, perform these supplementary massages 3 times each.
1. Starting below the ears, massage the neck with your right hand toward the collarbone and your left hand toward the shoulder.
2. Cross your hands: massage from the left shoulder toward the right armpit with your right hand, and from the right shoulder toward the left armpit with your left hand. This clears lymph near the collarbone and armpits.
Finally, begin massaging from the armpit of one arm to the shoulder, then reverse direction to massage the outer arm, ending at the wrist.
