Ingredients: 1 apple, 2 tablespoons vegetable rice cereal
Preparation
1. Wash the fresh apple thoroughly;
2. Cut the apple in half and steam until tender;
3. Remove the core from the steamed apple, mash it into a puree, then mix with a small amount of boiled water and the rice cereal until smooth.
4. Arrange the mixture on a plate to form a smiling face.
Tip
Any leftover apple can be made into jam or similar preserves and stored in the refrigerator.
