Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an inflammation many women wish to avoid. Though seemingly minor, prolonged neglect can lead to severe gynecological complications. Effective treatment hinges on proper medication use. Clinical Manifestations of PID Pelvic inflammatory diseases present with varying symptoms depending on severity and scope. Mild cases may be asymptomatic or exhibit only minor discomfort. How to medicate for pelvic inflammatory disease? Symptomatic treatment with Chinese herbal medicine:
1. Damp-heat pattern:
(1) Longdan Xiegan Pills (Tablets): Water-based pills, 3-6g per dose for adults, three times daily, taken with warm water.Take 4-6 tablets per dose, three times daily with warm water. (2) Golden Rooster Capsules: 4 capsules per dose, three times daily with warm water. (3) Gynecological Leukorrhea Tablets: 4-6 tablets per dose, two to three times daily after meals with warm water.
(4) Leukorrhea Pills: 1 pill per dose, twice daily, taken with warm water.
(5) Sanmiao Pills: 6g per dose, twice daily, taken with warm water.
(6) Daiha Powder: 6g per dose, 1-2 times daily, taken with decoction in cloth bag or mixed with warm water.
2.Heat-Toxin Pattern:
(1) Gynecological Qianjin Tablets: 4 tablets per dose, twice daily, taken with warm water.

(3) Fuyan Kangfu Tablets: 6 tablets per dose, 3 times daily, taken with warm water.

(3) Gynecological Inflammation Recovery Tablets: 6 tablets per dose, three times daily, taken with warm water.
