Step 1: Using the nipple as the center point, massage one breast with both hands simultaneously. Apply pressure with fingers to a depth of about 5 to 6 centimeters, holding each press for 8 seconds. Then use both hands to massage the other breast. When the massage technique is applied correctly, you will feel a warm sensation flowing downward in the chest.
Step 2: Starting from the sternum (the intersection of the Ren and Du meridians), use both palms to massage outward toward the outer edge of the breast in a breast-enhancing motion.
Step 3: Starting from the point below the collarbone where the breast begins, use both hands to press downwards on the same breast in sequence, ending at the base of the breast (Yuergen acupoint). Perform 8 consecutive presses per side. Avoid excessive pressure; a slight sensation in the fingertips is sufficient.
Step 4: Place the index, middle, and ring fingers of both hands together around the outer edge of the nipple. Press in a downward and outward motion, maintaining a depth of 5-6 cm. Hold each press for 5-6 seconds, performing 8 presses per area. Ensure fingers remain aligned vertically throughout the process.
Step 5: Use your left index finger to apply vertical pressure to the breast. With your right index and middle fingers together, gently press upward from the bottom. Hold for 5-6 seconds before slowly releasing. This action aims to relax chest muscles and unblock milk ducts. It can also alleviate menstrual breast discomfort.
