How to massage breasts for enhancement? Many women, especially those with smaller busts, seek answers. Proper breast massage is highly effective for promoting breast development and growth. Here are techniques to help achieve fuller breasts.
1. Friction Method:
Keep four fingers together and separate the thumb, ensuring fingertips and palm make contact with the skin. Begin massaging from the neck and shoulders toward the armpits. Then, push and rub upward and outward from below the chest. Next, rub outward from the nipples toward the lymph nodes under the armpits. Start with a light friction, then apply slightly more pressure, and finish with a lighter touch. Repeat this sequence three times.
2. Kneading Method:
Keep four fingers together, separate the thumb, forming a pincer shape, with fingers and palm close to the skin. Begin with gentle kneading from the neck, shoulders, and sides of the chest toward the breasts. Then focus on pinching, kneading, lifting, and grasping each muscle group along the lymphatic pathways, finally returning to the lymph nodes under the armpits.Repeat this sequence for 3-5 minutes. Utilize the muscular strength of the fingers and palms to ensure pressure penetrates deep into the muscles and ligaments.
3. Point-Pressure Method:
Use the thumb and index finger, middle finger, or the thenar and hypothenar eminences to perform rotational massage across the chest, neck base, and shoulders. Subsequently, apply point pressure to relevant acupoints such as Qihou (BL14), Kufang (BL15), and Shanzhong (CV17).When applying pressure, first rotate and knead, then press firmly on the acupoint for 10 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times, followed by a final kneading massage. Avoid the breast area during pressure application; if treating the breast, use light pressure.
4. Shaking Method:
a. Stand upright with shoulders relaxed and arms hanging naturally. Shake shoulders up and down, moving the arms and chest in rhythm. b. Keep four fingers together while separating the thumb. Use the palm to support the breast or chest muscle and perform shaking motions. Apply each method for 1-2 minutes.
