1. Rub your palms together until warm, then cover both ears. Move your hands back and forth across the ears about 20 times.
3. Using thumb and index finger, gently knead from the upper part of the ear down to the earlobe.
4. Tilt the ear forward from the outer side and gently tug the earlobe.
5. Gently massage the ear canal, outer ear, earlobe, and the indentation above the ear canal once more, lightly pressing with your index finger.
