2. Move around the sides of your mouth to the sides of your nostrils, massaging back and forth in a circular motion.
3. Keep your hands in positions 1 and 2, placing them on your nostrils and maintaining pressure.
4. Wrap around the sides of your mouth to the sides of your nostrils, repeating the circular massage.
