Then, move along the upper cheekbones toward both sides of the nose, performing stretching and pressing motions.
Face-Slimming Exercise 4: Begin below the lips, massage toward the lower ear area, then repeat toward the back of the chin. Start beside the nostrils, move across the bridge of the nose toward the forehead, then extend down through the temples to the chin. From the chin, move toward the forehead via the ear base and temples, then across the sides of the nose to the mouth, using a stroking and pressing motion.
Face-Slimming Exercise 5: Your eyes are a part of your body that can easily reveal your age and lifestyle habits. Sit upright and relaxed in a stable chair. Close your eyes and keep them still while moving your eyeballs up and down as far as possible. Relax when you reach 10. Perform this routine at least 10 times daily.

Ingredients: 250g lean pork, salt to taste, 400g bitter melon.
Method:

Ingredients: 20g mung beans,20g Job's tears.
Method:

3. Reduce to low heat and simmer until tender.
4. Since porridge dishes are naturally unsweetened, you may add a small amount of sugar, sugar cubes, honey, or fruit sugar. However, remember not to add too much, as these are all high-calorie items!

Fruit Salad
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon honey, a small amount of mayonnaise, salad dressing to taste, half a cantaloupe, half a watermelon, 1 apple, a small piece of pineapple, 1 banana, cherries to taste, strawberry juice to taste.
Method:Dice the cantaloupe, watermelon, apple, pineapple, and banana into a bowl. Mix honey and mayonnaise, then pour over the fruit. Add salad dressing to taste and toss gently. Garnish with cherries. Drizzle strawberry juice over the top as desired.
