I. Bacon Egg Cups
Ingredients:
Bacon, eggs, black pepper, chopped green onions.
Instructions:
1. Fold the edges of a round bacon slice to form a cup lining inside a bowl, leaving space for an egg. Crack an egg into the cup, then sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onions.
2. Pierce the yolk area with a toothpick several times. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
II. Microwave-Cooked Egg

Instructions:
1. Crack an egg into a microwave-safe dish. Use chopsticks to pierce the yolk (to prevent the egg from exploding in the microwave).
2. Microwave on medium for 1 minute.
III. Steamed Oatmeal Eggs
Ingredients:
Fruit oatmeal, egg, powdered milk, cheese
Instructions:
1. Place three scoops of fruit oatmeal into a microwave-safe ceramic bowl. Add one scoop of powdered milk and pour in an appropriate amount of cooled boiled water. Stir to combine.
2. Crack one egg into the mixture and continue stirring until the egg is fully beaten and blended with the oatmeal and milk. If desired, grate a small amount of cheese into the mixture; omit if preferred.
3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Check if the egg custard has set; if not, microwave for an additional minute. It should be cooked through after the beep.
IV. Microwave Steamed Eggs
Ingredients:
2 eggs, chopped scallions.
Instructions:
1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add chopped scallions and cooking wine. Mix well.
2. Pour in an appropriate amount of warm water.
3. Add a little oil and salt. Mix thoroughly.
4. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
5. Drizzle with light soy sauce before serving.
V. Egg and Tofu Pudding
Ingredients:
Tofu pudding (2 blocks), eggs (2), cucumber (1), pork floss (5g).
Instructions:
1. Add salt, minced scallions, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, and sesame oil to eggs. Mix well.
2. Carefully remove plastic packaging from tofu pudding.
3. Cut tofu pudding into bite-sized round pieces.
4.Arrange the egg tofu in the egg dish and sprinkle with pork floss.
5. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and half-moons.
6. Use a cutter to shape the thin cucumber rounds into small flowers.
7.Marinate the cucumber slices and flowers with a little light soy sauce and salt for a few minutes.
8. Microwave the egg and tofu dish on high for 4 minutes. Arrange the cucumber garnish and add a dollop of ketchup. A beautiful and delicious dish is ready!
VI. Egg Pudding
Ingredients:
1 egg, milk as needed, 4 tablespoons sugar.
Method:
1. Mix milk and sugar, then microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Beat the egg and combine with the heated milk mixture.
3. Return the mixture to the microwave. Check for setting by lifting the edge—it should hold its shape.
4. Once set, remove and let cool to room temperature.
4. Once set, let cool to room temperature or chill before serving. Can also be refrigerated.
Instructions:
1. Add ginger and water to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Once boiling, reduce to low heat.
3. Beat the egg in a bowl and set aside.
4. Simmer over low heat until the liquid reduces significantly, then add brown sugar.
5. Stir in the fermented rice wine and increase heat to high.
6. Once boiling again, pour in the beaten egg mixture, stir rapidly, then turn off the heat immediately.

3. Strain the egg mixture to remove impurities, pour into a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
4. Bring water to a boil in a steamer, place the bowl inside, and steam for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat.
10. Egg Sesame Paste
Ingredients:
100g sesame powder, 1 egg.
Method:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Boil water with sesame powder and rock sugar.
3. Once paste boils, add egg and Shaoxing wine, stirring until smooth. Cook until set.
