How to Make Delicious Cauliflower

1.Slice the pork. You can separate the lean and fatty parts or slice them together—it's up to you.
2. Break the cauliflower into small florets. Peel the carrot and cut into chunks. Wash everything and set aside.
3. Crush the garlic clove and mince it.
4. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the pork slices until they curl and change color. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add the cauliflower florets and carrot chunks. Stir-fry until the cauliflower is tender but still crisp. Season with salt, soy sauce, and pepper to taste.

Method
1.Cut one tomato into 4 pieces and chop the cauliflower into small florets.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok until 70% hot. Add cauliflower and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and continue stir-frying for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and sugar, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then serve.
