Wash the pork and slice it into thin strips.Place the preserved vegetables, pickled mustard greens, and pork strips into a pot of water. Simmer over low heat to make a broth. Season with salt and chicken bouillon powder just before serving. 5. Amomum Villosum Porridge Take 2 ounces of japonica rice and 5 grams of amomum villosum. Take 6 ounces each of winter melon and pork ribs. Rinse the ribs and blanch them in boiling water before removing.Peel and dice the winter melon. Place pork ribs and ginger slices in a pot of fresh water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add winter melon when the broth returns to a boil. Once the winter melon is tender, season with salt. This soup primarily clears heat and strengthens the stomach, making it highly suitable for those experiencing pregnancy-related vomiting.Use an appropriate amount of ginger. First, wash the ginger and extract its juice. Then, stir-fry the glutinous rice until it pops, then grind it into a fine powder. Mix the powder with the ginger juice, dissolve it in boiling water, and drink it to alleviate morning sickness. 8. Sugarcane Ginger Tea For this remedy, take 10 grams each of ginger juice and sugarcane juice. Mix them well and drink slowly in portions.
9. Ophiopogon Porridge
This recipe is straightforward. Combine 50g fresh Ophiopogon juice, 50g fresh Rehmannia juice, 15g Job's tears, 80g rice, and 10g ginger. First, cook the rice, Job's tears, and ginger together until tender. Then add the two juices, stir well, and simmer into a porridge.Best consumed warm, once daily. Primarily helps stabilize pregnancy and stop vomiting.
10. Ginger Milk Drink This remedy is extremely simple. Take 200g fresh milk (regular milk may substitute if fresh is unavailable), 30g ginger, and 20g white sugar. Juice the ginger, mix with milk and sugar, then warm gently before drinking. Take twice daily.
11. Bamboo Shavings Decoction
Take 9g green bamboo shavings, 15g Pinellia rhizome, 9g dried tangerine peel, 12g Poria cocos, and 12g ginger. Grind all ingredients into powder and dissolve in warm water. One dose per day is sufficient.
12. Clove, Pinellia, and Ginger Juice Umbilical Application
This remedy is relatively simple. Mix clove powder, pinellia powder, and ginger juice into a paste, then simmer over low heat until thickened. 15. White Sugar, Rice Vinegar, and Egg Tea
The name itself reveals the ingredients.Prepare 1 egg, 30g white sugar, and 60ml rice vinegar. First, bring the rice vinegar to a boil. Then add the white sugar and egg, cooking until done. Consume while hot, twice daily.
