The Zheng Doyan Fitness Dance was created by Zheng Doyan in pursuit of a perfect figure. Before marriage, Zheng Doyan worked as an interior designer. After marriage, her weight gradually increased from 48 kilograms to 68 kilograms. One night, she overheard her husband mutter in his sleep, "I really miss the way you looked before we got married..."This statement deeply affected her. Combined with back pain caused by her weight gain, Zheng Da-yan resolved to lose weight. Following her doctor's advice, she began exercising to shed pounds.
Zheng Da-yan Fitness Routine
Developed after studying in Japan, Zheng Da-yan's weight-loss fitness routine consists of four parts: Part One is street dance, primarily targeting leg slimming;Part two is dumbbell exercises, primarily for toning arms; part three is aerobic exercises for body shaping; and the final part is yoga mat exercises for slimming the waist and abdomen.
Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise refers to physical activity performed with ample oxygen supply, where the oxygen inhaled during exercise equals the body's oxygen demand.Essentially, aerobic exercise involves rhythmic movements sustained over extended periods, typically at moderate intensity. It offers excellent fat-burning benefits and aids weight loss.
Important Notes for the Zheng Doyan Fitness Dance
1. Avoid drinking water immediately after finishing.
Even if extremely thirsty, refrain from consuming large amounts of water right after exercise. This prevents diminishing the workout's effectiveness.
2. Do not shower immediately.
Avoid showering immediately after exercise. While this fitness routine is aerobic, it involves significant exertion that elevates breathing rate. Wait until your body and mind have calmed down and sweat has dried before showering.
3. Exercise in the morning whenever possible. Morning is the optimal time for exercise-based weight loss. After overnight energy depletion, your body has minimal reserves, making this the most effective time for exercise-induced fat burning.If exercising in the evening, avoid doing so immediately after eating; allow some time to pass. Also, refrain from eating anything after finishing the workout. 4. Persistence is key. No matter how effective the workout routine, consistency is essential. Exercise inherently requires sustained effort over time to yield results. Keep at it, and you will definitely lose weight!
