Quick Whitening Method with White Vinegar
While numerous whitening methods exist in daily life, white vinegar remains a consistently popular choice. How does one whiten skin with white vinegar? Let's explore below.
1. Washing Your Face with White Vinegar
When washing your face, first prepare a small basin of lukewarm water. Add a capful of white vinegar (about the size of a mineral water bottle cap), mix well, and splash it onto your face. Alternatively, immerse your face in the mixture for a few minutes before draining the water. Proceed with your regular cleansing routine afterward.
2. Applying White Vinegar Mask
After cleansing each evening, evenly apply a small amount of white vinegar to your face, avoiding the eye and nose areas to prevent irritation. After 10–15 minutes, a dry film will form on your skin. Rinse it off with clean water.
You may feel a slight stinging sensation during your first white vinegar wash, but don't worry—this indicates its antibacterial action. Simply endure it briefly. Any redness after washing is also perfectly normal.
3. White Vinegar + Atractylodes Macrocephala
White vinegar brightens and nourishes the skin, while Atractylodes Macrocephala strengthens the spleen, fights oxidation, and delays aging. Crush an appropriate amount of Atractylodes Macrocephala into white vinegar, mix well, seal, and steep for one week. After washing your face daily, remove the Atractylodes Macrocephala and gently rub it over areas with dark spots. Over time, the spots will gradually fade and disappear.
