500g black beans, 1000ml water (reduce to 1/4 quantity each in summer). Rinse black beans, place in an earthenware pot, add water, and simmer over low heat until beans swell and absorb water. Remove beans, sprinkle with a pinch of fine salt, and store in a porcelain jar. Take 6g twice daily after meals, washed down with warm water.
Black Sesame Porridge
Crush 250g black sesame seeds and cook with japonica rice into porridge for consumption;
Finely chop 20g small pointed chili peppers, steep in 50ml rice wine for 10 days. Apply the liquid to balding areas several times daily.
Dandelion and Black Bean Candy
Boil 150g dandelion and 500g black beans in water until tender. Discard dandelion residue, add 200g rock sugar, and simmer until thickened. Consume 100g daily.
