Traditional Chinese Medicine attributes dizziness, fatigue, and insomnia primarily to blood deficiency. The heart governs blood vessels and houses the spirit, while the spleen governs transformation and transportation, serving as the source of blood production. Excessive worry and imbalance between work and rest injure both heart and spleen. Insufficient nourishing blood deprives the heart of sustenance, leading to palpitations and forgetfulness. When yin fails to contain yang, the spirit loses its anchor, resulting in restless sleep. Worry not only depletes heart and spleen blood but also damages heart qi and spleen qi. Insufficient blood fails to nourish the brain, while deficient qi prevents clear yang from ascending, causing dizziness and vertigo. Deficiency of qi and blood leads to limb fatigue and mental exhaustion.Guipi Decoction improves bone marrow microcirculation, enhances hematopoietic tissue function, promotes multipotent stem cell proliferation and differentiation, facilitates maturation of immature neutrophils, and extends neutrophil lifespan. It also stimulates albumin synthesis, increases hemoglobin levels, and replenishes multiple vitamins and trace elements.
