High-risk pregnancies carry greater risks than typical pregnancies, with higher incidence rates and frequent symptoms. Let's examine what symptoms may arise. 1. Spontaneous abortion. This refers to a miscarriage occurring naturally (not induced intentionally), where pregnancy ends before 28 weeks with a fetal weight under 1000g.Spontaneous abortion is a common gynecological condition. If not promptly managed, it may lead to inflammation or damage of the reproductive organs, or pose a threat to the mother's health—even life—due to severe hemorrhage. Additionally, spontaneous abortion can be easily confused with certain gynecological diseases, necessitating careful differentiation.
2. Inevitable Premature Birth: Characterized by regular uterine contractions with progressively shorter intervals, longer duration, and increasing intensity, accompanied by cervical effacement ≥75% and cervical dilation ≥2cm; or progressive cervical effacement and dilation with bloody vaginal discharge or ruptured membranes, presenting clinically similar to full-term pregnancy.
