Leukorrhea is a kind of secretion from the vagina of a woman, and it is also a health meter that reflects the health condition of a woman. For example, the standard of leukorrhea cleanliness can accurately reflect whether a woman's vagina has inflammation or not. For example, Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree is normal, Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree is abnormal leukorrhea, indicating vaginal inflammation.
Routine leukorrhea examination is the most common type of gynecological examination, which mainly involves smearing the leukorrhea and observing it under a microscope to determine the vaginal cleanliness according to the number of vaginal bacilli, white blood cells (WBC) and miscellaneous bacteria.
The criteria for leukorrhea cleanliness are as follows:
Degree Ⅰ: there are a large number of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, no stray bacteria, white blood cells, the field of vision is clean, it is a normal secretion.
Ⅱ degree: moderate amount of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, a small amount of leukocytes and stray bacteria, still normal vaginal secretions.
Degree III: few vaginal bacilli and squamous epithelium, more stray bacteria and leukocytes, suggesting a milder vaginal inflammation.
Degree IV: no vaginal bacilli, only a few epithelial cells, a large number of leukocytes and stray bacteria. Suggests a relatively severe vaginal inflammation, such as mycosis vaginalis , trichomonas vaginitis.
It can be seen that Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree is normal, Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree is abnormal leukorrhea, indicating vaginal inflammation. Therefore, women should always observe their leukorrhea in their daily life. Normal leukorrhea is milky white, transparent and sticky, and changes with the menstrual cycle. If there is a change in the nature of the leukorrhea, you should be alerted.
