Preparation: Infant lies supine. Adult places thumbs in infant's palms, gently holding wrists to position arms alongside body.
Execution: Spread infant's arms out to sides; cross arms over chest; spread arms out to sides again; return to starting position.Section 2: Upper Limb, Shoulder, and Chest Exercises Preparation: Infant lies supine. Adult places thumbs on infant's palms, gently holding wrists, positioning arms alongside body. Start: Spread infant's arms left and right; lift arms along bed surface to 90 degrees from body; then extend arms forward horizontally; raise arms upward; return to starting position.
Section 3: Elbow Flexion Exercise
Preparation: Infant lies supine. Adult places thumbs in infant's palms, gently holding wrists, positioning arms alongside body.
Begin: Flex infant's left elbow, bringing left hand to shoulder; extend and return. Flex right elbow, bringing right hand to shoulder; extend and return.Section 4: Arm Circling Exercise
Preparation: Infant lies supine. Adult holds infant's wrists, positioning arms alongside the body.
Begin: Pull left arm toward infant's chest. Rotate upper limb outward from chest toward shoulder joint, then return to chest position. Lower left arm to side (alternate arms). Repeat with right arm.Section 5: Leg Flexion and Extension
Preparation: Infant lies supine with legs extended. Adult holds infant's ankles with both hands.
Begin: Flex infant's left knee, drawing knee toward abdomen; extend and return. Flex right knee, drawing knee toward abdomen; extend and return.Section 6: Leg Extension and Elevation
Preparation: Infant lies supine with legs extended straight. Adult holds the infant's ankles with both hands.
Execution: Lift both legs to form a 45-degree angle with the table surface; raise legs to form a 90-degree angle with the table surface while keeping the buttocks on the table; lower legs to form a 45-degree angle with the table surface; return to starting position.Section 7: Toe and Ankle Flexion/Extension
Preparation: Infant supine, adult left hand holding infant's left ankle, right hand holding left five toes.
Begin: Extend infant's left five metatarsophalangeal joints twice; flex and extend ankle joint twice; repeat sequence on right side.Section 8: Hip Joint Movement
Preparation: Infant supine with legs extended. Adult grasps both ankles with hands.
Execution: First flex the left leg, positioning thigh perpendicular to lower leg. Rotate left foot outward from hip joint center. Return to starting position. Repeat on right side.
