Physical examination

Second, laboratory examination
1. Vaginal pH value test: the normal pH value is about 4.5. The vagina is weakly acidic, which is the self-purifying effect of the vagina and can prevent pathogenic bacteria from multiplying. If you suffer from trichomonas or bacterial vaginitis, the pH value rises and can be greater than 5 to 6.
2, vaginal cleanliness: Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree indicates that the female vagina is normal. Ⅲ~Ⅳdegree is abnormal leucorrhoea, indicating inflammation of the vagina.
3、Microbiological culture: After the leukorrhea has been processed, it can be found under the microscope whether there are trichomonas or moulds, if there are trichomonas or moulds, it is indicated by " ", if there is no infection, it will be indicated as "-". This symbol only indicates that you are infected with trichomonas or mycobacteria, it does not indicate the severity of the infection.
4, amine test: first put a drop of 100% KOH solution on the slide, will be mixed with the leukorrhea, bacterial vaginosis leukorrhea can send out a fishy odour, while the normal leukorrhea and Candida leukorrhea do not have this kind of amine smell.
5, clue cells: many bacteria coalesce around the vaginal epithelial cells, making its edge blurred, this is the clue cells, is the most sensitive and specific signs of bacterial vaginosis.
