At 25, you've experienced so much yet feel like you've been through too much. Avoid complaining to maintain a positive mindset—believe in yourself to achieve more. As 25 approaches and 30 looms near, career advancement seems unlikely, distractions abound, books feel distant, and loneliness creeps in effortlessly. Twenty-five is a complex age—many things are just beginning, yet it feels like you've already lived through too much.
1. You might hold a junior role at a large corporation, but don't dwell on feeling born out of time. Though the saying "gold will always shine" sounds cliché, trust that excellence won't go unnoticed. If this company fails to recognize your worth, believe another will.
2. A monthly salary of 3,000 yuan isn't low. While life in Shenzhen or Guangzhou may feel tough, remember this: frequent job-hopping ruins your reputation within an industry, while constantly switching fields keeps you perpetually in rookie mode—trapping you in endless job-hopping.
3. Stop constantly implying your boss isn't as capable as you. He might genuinely be less skilled, but if you harp on this, it only proves you're not qualified to be his superior.
Strive for what's attainable—don't expect windfalls to fall into your lap. Let go of what's unattainable. The same applies at work: maintain grace whether you gain or lose.
4. Don't easily believe your boss will fall for you. The fairy tale of a middle-class man falling for an innocent young woman won't happen to you. Of course, if you carefully confirm it's true, then quit and change companies—don't play both employee and boss's mistress.
