First, apply a few drops of olive oil to the chest. Then massage using the following three techniques:
1. Friction Method: Keep four fingers together while separating the thumb, ensuring fingertips contact the skin. Begin massaging from the neck and shoulders toward the armpits. Next, rub upward and outward from the lower chest. Finally, rub outward from the nipples toward the axillary lymph nodes.Begin with a light friction, then apply slightly more pressure, and finish with a lighter touch. Repeat this sequence three times.
2. Kneading Method: Keep four fingers together, separate the thumb to form a pincer shape, and keep fingers and palm close to the skin.Begin with gentle kneading from the neck, shoulders, and sides of the chest toward the breasts. Progress to pinching, kneading, lifting, and grasping along lymphatic pathways through muscle groups, culminating at the axillary lymph nodes. Repeat for 3-5 minutes. Apply pressure using the muscles of the palms and fingers, ensuring force penetrates deep muscles and ligaments.
3. Shaking Method: First, stand upright with shoulders relaxed and arms hanging naturally. Shake shoulders up and down, moving the arms and chest. Second, keep four fingers together while separating the thumb. Use the palm to support the breast or chest muscle and shake. Apply each method for 1-2 minutes.
Experts recommend performing chest and breast massage before bed, upon waking, or during bathing. Wash hands thoroughly and trim nails before massage to avoid damaging nipples or skin.
